THE MDC605 STUDIO

MDC605 is conveniently located at 5008 S. Marion Rd. in SW Sioux Falls. The studio is tucked in to a well established strip-center with a large parking lot, perfect for safe and easy pick-ups and drop-offs.

Our studio consists of three dance studios each equiped with professional dance floors, full-length mirrors, and barres — designed to support dancers of all ages and levels. Each room is built to provide the perfect balance of comfort, safety, and performance.
 

We know parents and families are a big part of the dance journey. That’s why we provide a seating area where you can relax while your dancer is in class. Plus, enjoy free WiFi throughout the studio — perfect for catching up on emails, work, or a little scrolling while you wait.

Rental rates start at $25 per hour (+ sales tax) for studio time, with additional fees for parties or cleanup. All rentals are based on availability.
